You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Personal. Account deletion cancels active subscriptions and removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown in USD before checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Free trials convert to a paid Starter subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. During the trial period you will not be charged.

You can cancel a trial or subscription at any time from Profile → Subscription. Cancellation stops future charges; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

You agree not to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, credit systems, or security controls
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission
• Use the Service to spam, phish, or distribute malware

You retain rights to content you create using the Service, subject to applicable law and third-party model provider terms.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use generated content.

Nanta may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Credits and plan benefits are consumed when you run generations or use paid features. Unused credits may expire or change when your plan ends, as shown at purchase.

We may modify plan features or pricing with reasonable notice. Changes apply to new purchases and renewals after notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NANTA IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law or payment partners.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your country.
