Nanta AI is a cloud-based generative artificial intelligence ("AI") creation platform that enables registered users to produce, edit, manage, and export digital media — including but not limited to AI-generated images, videos, animations, scripts, character assets, and conversational AI outputs — through a unified web interface.

The Service integrates multiple third-party AI model providers, inference APIs, payment processors, cloud infrastructure vendors, and optional social publishing integrations. Outputs are produced algorithmically based on your prompts, uploads, settings, and selected models. Results may vary in quality, accuracy, legality, and suitability for any particular purpose.

Nanta acts as a technology platform and intermediary. We do not guarantee that any specific model, feature, credit rate, or integration will remain available indefinitely. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, models, or pricing with reasonable notice where practicable.

• AI Video Studio — text-to-video, image-to-video, effect templates, duration/resolution controls, and model-specific parameters (e.g. Kling, Veo, Seedance, and other catalog models)
• AI Image Studio — text-to-image, image editing, upscaling, and style-driven generation workflows
• AI Chat — conversational assistant with optional image/video attachment analysis, generation routing, and credit-based model selection
• Creative workspaces — Canvas, Characters, Script Studio, Library/Assets, Discover, and related production tools
• Credit-based metering — generations and premium actions consume platform credits according to published rates at time of use
• Subscription plans & credit packs — recurring or one-time purchases processed via Stripe
• Optional integrations — e.g. TikTok publishing when you explicitly connect and authorize an account

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to create an account or use paid features.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, agency, or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" includes that entity.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep it updated. We may refuse registration, suspend accounts, or terminate access if information is false, misleading, or incomplete.

One person or legal entity may not maintain multiple free-tier or trial accounts to circumvent usage limits. We may merge, restrict, or terminate duplicate or abusive accounts.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, session tokens, API keys (if any), and devices used to access the Service.

You must promptly notify us at info@nanta.pro if you suspect unauthorized access, credential theft, or account compromise.

All activity under your account — including generations, uploads, purchases, integrations, and published content — is presumed to be authorized by you unless you demonstrate otherwise within a reasonable investigation period.

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Personal. Deletion triggers subscription cancellation and initiates personal data handling as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion is irreversible.

Paid subscriptions and credit packs are offered in USD (or as displayed at checkout) and processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. The renewal price, interval, and included benefits are shown at purchase and in Profile → Subscription.

Free trials, promotional offers, and discounted first periods convert to paid subscriptions at the stated rate unless cancelled before the trial or promotional period ends. During an active free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before conversion.

Credits are consumed when you initiate billable actions (generations, exports, premium models, or other metered features). Credit costs are displayed or calculable before confirmation where technically feasible.

Unused credits may expire, reset, or change upon plan downgrade, cancellation, or subscription lapse, as disclosed at purchase. Credit balances have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable except as expressly stated.

We may change plan features, credit rates, model availability, or pricing for new purchases and renewals after reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated pricing for renewals.

Taxes, currency conversion fees, and bank charges may apply depending on your location and payment method. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless we are legally required to collect them.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable local and international law, export control regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and third-party model provider policies.

You must not use the Service to create, upload, distribute, or promote content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or incites violence or self-harm
• Depicts or exploits minors in any sexual or abusive context, or attempts to generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance; immediate termination and law enforcement reporting
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, publicity rights, or other proprietary rights without authorization
• Impersonates real individuals (living or deceased) for deceptive, harmful, or non-consensual purposes, including non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or deepfake fraud
• Contains malware, phishing, spam, or attempts to compromise systems, accounts, or payment flows
• Circumvents usage limits, credit systems, rate limits, geographic restrictions, paywalls, or security controls
• Scrapes, crawls, reverse engineers, decompiles, or resells the Service or its outputs as a competing service without written consent
• Uses automated bots or scripts to abuse free tiers, trials, promotions, or referral programs
• Violates platform rules of integrated services (e.g. TikTok, Stripe) when using those integrations

"User Content" means prompts, images, videos, audio, text, metadata, settings, and any other material you submit to the Service, excluding AI-generated outputs unless otherwise stated.

You retain ownership of User Content you upload, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. You represent that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and consents to submit User Content and to use it as input for AI processing.

You grant Nanta a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use User Content solely to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service — including forwarding inputs to third-party AI providers for inference — and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not claim ownership of your AI-generated outputs as between you and us, except where third-party model terms impose restrictions. You are responsible for complying with model provider terms, open-source licenses, and commercial use restrictions attached to specific models.

We may remove or restrict User Content or outputs that violate these Terms, applicable law, or rights of others, with or without notice.

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, biased, or unsuitable for your intended use. The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, engineering, or other professional advice.

You must independently verify outputs before relying on them for business, creative, compliance, or public distribution purposes.

Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users given similar inputs. Uniqueness is not guaranteed.

Some models prohibit certain commercial uses, require attribution, or restrict redistribution. You are responsible for determining and complying with applicable model and provider restrictions.

Nanta makes no warranty that outputs will be free from third-party intellectual property claims. You assume all risk associated with publication, monetization, or deployment of outputs.

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and AI providers. Your use may be subject to additional terms imposed by those providers, including usage policies, content restrictions, and data handling practices.

Stripe processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy. TikTok and other optional integrations are governed by their respective developer and platform policies when you connect accounts.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, model deprecations, API changes, pricing changes imposed on us, or actions taken by third parties outside our reasonable control.

Links to external websites do not constitute endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, documentation, and proprietary workflows, is owned by Nanta or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with your plan.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted. "Nanta", "Nanta AI", and related marks may not be used without prior written consent.

We may label certain features, models, or workflows as beta, preview, or experimental. Such features are provided "as is", may change without notice, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Promotional credits, unlimited offers, and time-limited model access are subject to specific campaign terms displayed in-product. Abuse or exploitation may result in forfeiture and account action.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, applicable law, payment partner requirements, or third-party provider policies.

We may terminate or modify the Service in whole or in part. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice for material discontinuation of paid core functionality.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

Nanta does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any generation will meet your requirements or be legally compliant in your jurisdiction.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NANTA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct where such limitation is unlawful.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nanta and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your User Content or outputs; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at info@nanta.pro and attempt good-faith resolution for at least thirty (30) days.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Azerbaijan, unless mandatory local law grants you the right to bring claims in your country of residence.

WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND NANTA AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Material changes may be communicated via email, in-app notice, or banner on the Service.

Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
