Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel subscriptions and request refunds for Nanta AI purchases at https://nanta.pro.
1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription or free trial at any time from Profile → Subscription.
Trial cancellation: if you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged and trial access ends immediately.
Paid subscription cancellation: when you cancel, your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. You retain access until that date.
2. How to cancel
In the app:
- Go to Profile → Subscription
- Click "Cancel trial" (during trial) or "Cancel subscription" (paid plan)
- Confirm cancellation
3. Refunds
Credit packs and subscription charges are generally non-refundable once credits have been used or the billing period has substantially begun.
We may issue refunds at our discretion for duplicate charges, technical errors, or unauthorized transactions. Contact us within 14 days of the charge.
Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
4. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, your account may be suspended while the dispute is investigated.
5. Account deletion
Deleting your account (Profile → Personal → Delete account) cancels active subscriptions and initiates deletion of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Deletion is permanent. Export any content you need before deleting.
